Position Purpose
· Design and execute BOUNCE's Talent & Development strategy to ensure the business has the leadership capability required to support rapid expansion across multiple countries.
· Develop leadership capability, succession plans and talent pipelines that enable BOUNCE to confidently grow from today's network to more than 23 venues while maintaining consistent operational standards.
· Lead the company's performance management framework, ensuring continuous development, accountability and high performance across all leadership levels.
· Partner with operational leaders to identify capability gaps and implement development strategies that improve business performance.
· Build scalable development frameworks, learning pathways and leadership programmes that prepare Tribe members for future opportunities within BOUNCE.
Key accountabilities
Talent Development
· Develop and implement BOUNCE's Talent & Leadership Development Strategy aligned with business growth and future workforce needs.
· Lead the annual Talent Review process, identifying High Potential (HiPo) employees, succession readiness, capability gaps and retention risks.
· Design and implement structured leadership development programmes for all operational roles and future business leaders.
· Create career pathways and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) that support internal mobility and long-term career progression.
· Develop coaching and mentoring frameworks that strengthen leadership capability and accelerate the development of future leaders.
· Partner with Heads of Department and Venue Managers to identify talent requirements, build sustainable leadership pipelines and Identify KPI’s.
· Design and facilitate leadership workshops, capability programmes and development initiatives that support organisational growth.
· Continuously assess leadership effectiveness and recommend targeted development interventions.
· Maintain talent, succession and leadership dashboards, providing accurate reporting and visibility of organisational capability.
· Analyse talent and development data to identify trends, measure programme effectiveness and support strategic decision-making.
· Monitor leadership readiness and succession strength to ensure the business is prepared for future expansion and critical role vacancies.
· Drive continuous improvement of talent development frameworks, leadership programmes and capability initiatives using business insights and workforce analytics.
Performance Management
· Review and develop upon existing performance management processes.
· Map anyone not meeting performance criteria and proactively advise managers on the performance management process, reviews, under-performers with the aim of a having ‘high performing venue teams’
· Own and continuously improve BOUNCE's performance management framework.
· Manage quarterly and annual performance review cycles.
· Facilitate talent calibration sessions across the business.
· Support leaders in setting meaningful objectives and development goals.
· Coach managers on effective performance conversations.
· Monitor performance trends and provide insights to senior leadership.
· Develop Performance Improvement frameworks and guidance for leaders.
· Embed an always-on feedback culture throughout the business.
Internal Mobility & Career Development
· Design career progression frameworks across all operational roles.
· Create structured pathways for internal promotions and career growth.
· Support cross-functional and cross-country mobility opportunities.
· Partner with Recruitment to maximise internal hiring opportunities.
· Promote development opportunities that improve retention and employee growth.
Culture
· Develop and maintain a strong brand focused environment for all employees in everything that they do

Proposed performance KPIs
- Talent Retention – less than 15% of identified talents leave the company during the year (Measured by taking the number of identified talents leaving the company during the year divided by the number of identified talents at the beginning of the year).
- Skills gab filling process – Successors identified to have successfully completed skills gap assessment from their development plans with timeframe
· Increase internal promotions across leadership roles.
· High performance review completion rates across the business.
· Reduced external hiring for operational leadership positions.
· Successful people readiness for all new venue openings.
Skills, Experience and Character
The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Learning & Development or a related discipline together with 5+ years' experience leading Talent Development, Leadership Development or Learning functions within a fast-paced multi-site business.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
• Proven experience designing leadership development programmes.
• Strong knowledge of succession planning and talent management.

• Experience developing competency frameworks and career pathways.
• Ability to analyse workforce data and convert insights into business action.
