Key accountabilities:
 
Brand Management & Exposure:
·        Act as the creative engine of the brands, owning and bringing to life the brand story through compelling campaigns, content, and experiences that build emotional connection for BOUNCE and miniBOUNCE brands
·        For BOUNCE specifically, we need content that connects with todays youth culture. Be on top of all the crazy trending memes, themes and news and be able to connect what’s relevant to BOUNCE, giving our customers something to chuckle about and share
·        Lead the execution of offline marketing plans that align to the brand strategies for BOUNCE and miniBOUNCE, ensuring clear differentiation and resonance with the segmented target audiences (eg:teens, parents)
·        Ensure that brand positioning, identity, and messaging are aligned across all platforms and touchpoints for both brands (Above the line, below the line (and in-between) ).
·        Drive brand visibility and ensure we are consistently listed on aggregators, and featured in relevant online publications, which also contributes to strong backlinks for our online discoverability
·        Identify, establish and manage partnerships that are aligned with our values and relevant to our brands, that can extend reach and attract new, relevant audiences for us
 
Marketing Execution & Support:
·        Ensure alignment with all brand and products and programs communications across offline media, community platforms, partner websites and other customer-facing initiatives
·        Ensure consistent execution of all tactical campaigns at every customer touchpoint across venues, as per marketing calendar
·        Collaborate with Sales teams to deliver brand-aligned strategies, messaging, and assets
·        Ensure operations have up-to-date brand imagery and communications on key platforms (e.g: Roller, HubSpot)
·        Provide on-brand communication templates for the Call Center team, ensuring alignment for Parties, Programs, and customer inquiries
·        Manage the in-venue branding process for new venues for both brands
 
 
Strategy & Relationship Management
·        Manage relationships with relevant external agencies and suppliers including PR, Partners, Traditional media and marketing service providers
·        Represent Marketing on “Whole of Business’ initiatives, contributing brand expertise and insights
·        Deliver monthly reports on marketing performance from traditional marketing, partnerships and other areas managed sharing results, learnings, and actionable insights
·        Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Leadership Team members and Venue Managers, ensuring brand alignment across the business

Skills & Experience Required
 
If you are right for this role, you will be an idea generator with the experience to execute the Brand strategy and marketing plans for BOUNCE and miniBOUNCE brands, line with the wider business objectives. You will be able to translate our Brand Story to compelling ideas that will excite our audiences and make them want to visit us!
The successful candidate will also have extensive marketing experience (4 years) working across variety of traditional media channels, PR,  AI tools, as well as exemplary written, spelling and grammar skills with strong attention to detail.
They will be creative and technically savvy, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously. Staying up-to-date with the latest social, lifestyle and marketing trends that appeal to our youth and parent audience segments  will be important.
Experience with leisure and entertainment, parks, sports or retail brands is preferred.
Most importantly, the Brand Manager needs to live and breathe the brand culture and values. They need to be a straight-talker and a problem-solver.  They need to be ready to roll their sleeves up and get in alongside the team to make stuff happen. They need to be a leader with confidence born from self-belief, not ego.
