Role Description
We are seeking a B2B Sales Manager – Channel & Distribution to join our team in the UAE. This role is responsible for developing and expanding a strategic network of distributors, dealers, and trade partners to support the efficient movement of curated inventory. The position requires a strong commercial mindset, established industry connections, and the ability to position products within premium trade channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and develop strategic distribution and trade partnerships
- Drive the placement of existing inventory through structured B2B channels
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders
- Negotiate commercial agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships
- Develop and execute channel strategies to optimise stock movement and market reach
- Monitor partner performance and ensure achievement of revenue objectives
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
Key Requirements
- Experience: 5–8 years in B2B sales, channel development, or distribution management
- Industry Exposure: Experience within luxury interiors, building materials, or premium trading environments preferred
- Network: Strong established relationships with distributors, dealers, and trade partners in the UAE and wider GCC
- Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship management, and commercial acumen
- Mindset: Highly results-oriented with the ability to drive structured sales growth through partner networks
