Role Description:
We are seeking a Kitchen Sales Consultant to join our retail team at Casamia, UAE. This role focuses on engaging walk-in clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering tailored kitchen solutions. The position requires expertise in kitchen design software such as Winner or Metron, along with a strong sales and customer experience approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their kitchen design requirements and preferences
- Create customized kitchen layouts using Winner, Metron, or similar design software
- Present design concepts, quotations, and product solutions to clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from consultation to order closure
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and project follow-up
- Maintain showroom standards and contribute to overall customer experience
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in kitchen retail sales or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Winner, Metron, or equivalent kitchen design software
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in kitchens Sales and designing
- Skills: Strong sales, communication, and client management abilities
- Presentation: Customer-focused with a professional and presentable approach
