Role Description
This role serves as the first point of contact, overseeing front desk activities while ensuring a professional and hospitality-led experience for all visitors. Strong communication skills are essential, with fluency in French (spoken and written) required to effectively support French-speaking clients.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a professional and positive first impression
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries efficiently
  • Handle meeting room bookings, visitor logs, and front desk operations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest handling
  • Maintain a well-presented reception area at all times
 
Key Requirements
  • Language: Fluency in French (spoken and written) and English is mandatory
  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in reception, front office, or customer-facing roles
  • Industry Exposure: Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or showroom environment preferred
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
