Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned professional to join our team as General Manager at Chedi Wadi Safar Riyadh. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all facets of luxury hospitality operations, driving excellence in guest experience, and leading an engaged team. As part of our team in Chedi Wadi Safar, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, collaborating closely with executive stakeholders to ensure service standards, profitability, and sustained growth are maintained at the highest levels.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full operational management of the hotel, ensuring all departments deliver luxury standards of service.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse management team to achieve strategic objectives and financial targets.
- Foster a culture of excellence in guest relations, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement innovative promotional initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations, brand standards, and quality assurance protocols.
- Optimise operational efficiency and manage budgets, cost control, and revenue generation.
- Establish and nurture stakeholder relationships, including local partners and suppliers.
Must have requirements
- Extensive background in luxury hospitality.
- 5-10 years of proven success in senior leadership or managerial roles within the industry.
- Strong financial acumen, business development orientation, and operational expertise.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Nice to have requirements
- Formal hospitality qualification or degree in hotel management.
- Previous experience working within the GCC or Asian markets.
