Record daily log readings of cold rooms and refrigeration units, ensuring proper functionality.

Carry out repair and maintenance on HVAC equipment (AHUs, FCUs, ventilation/exhaust systems, window A/Cs, package units, etc.).

Assist in preparing spare parts lists for HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of plant rooms, workshops, and related areas.

Ensure compliance with safety, first aid, and fire emergency procedures.

Collaborate professionally with colleagues, guests, contractors, and other departments.

Participate in preparing the annual POMEC budget and monitor relevant costs.

Report and log incidents or accidents in line with hotel policies.

Escort guests or provide assistance when required.

Recommend improvements to policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
