As a Gym / Pool / Spa Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences within our luxurious facilities at The Chedi Hegra. As part of our team in The Chedi Hegra, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency at our gymnasium, pool, and spa areas. Your warm demeanor and eye for detail will help create a relaxing and memorable atmosphere for our guests.

 

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all gym, pool, and spa areas.
• Assist guests with facility usage, providing information and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Monitor facility equipment, regularly checking for functionality and reporting issues for prompt resolution.
• Provide towels, amenities, and refreshments as appropriate to guests.
• Set up and replenish supplies in locker rooms, treatment rooms, and relaxation zones.
• Support spa therapists and fitness trainers as needed, facilitating a smooth guest experience.
• Monitor poolside safety and uphold all hygiene and safety standards.
• Handle guest requests or queries professionally and promptly.

• Previous experience in hospitality, wellness facilities, or a similar guest-service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a service-oriented attitude.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures.

• Certification in CPR, lifeguarding, or spa therapy support.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Familiarity with spa software or digital booking systems.
