Marketing Manager - Chedi Hospitality

Role Overview
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the marketing vision and strategy for The Chedi Muscat. As part of our team in The Chedi Muscat, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, collaborating closely with leadership to position our hotel as the premier luxury destination in the region and beyond. Your work will directly support the hotel's growth through innovative marketing, consistent brand elevation, and impactful campaigns aimed at discerning guests.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive annual and quarterly marketing plans in line with strategic revenue objectives
  • Position The Chedi Muscat as a leading luxury hotel for leisure, business, VIP, weddings, and other high-value segments
  • Oversee all aspects of brand management; maintain and elevate the hotel's brand image across every touchpoint
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, design, and experience, adhering to global brand standards
  • Supervise digital presence: own website content, SEO, user journey, and ongoing optimization
  • Manage social media platforms and coordinate creative and effective online campaigns
  • Track and respond to online reputation on platforms such as TripAdvisor, Google, and Booking.com
  • Plan and execute paid marketing (digital, print, outdoor, luxury magazines) and partnership campaigns
  • Collaborate with agencies and key media partners to maximize reach and effectiveness
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing clear ROI metrics and recommendations for future strategy
Must have requirements
  • Proven experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans, particularly in luxury or hospitality environments
  • Strong expertise in positioning, segment analysis, and targeting diverse client profiles
  • Advanced skills in luxury brand management and ensuring brand consistency
  • Demonstrated capability in overseeing digital marketing channels, SEO, analytics, and social media management
  • Track record of planning, launching, and tracking successful advertising and integrated campaign initiatives
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, agencies, and adhere to brand standards
Nice to have requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline
  • 4–7+ years of marketing experience, ideally within luxury hospitality
  • Hands-on understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and online advertising
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and branding skills
  • Creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing deadlines
