Security Manager - Saudi National Only - Chedi Hospitality

Role Overview
As a Security Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of The Chedi Hegra, working closely with the onsite team. As part of our team in The Chedi Hegra, you'll work in an ONSITE environment to safeguard guests, staff, and property while promoting a culture of proactive risk management.
 
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures.
  • Lead, train, and supervise security personnel to ensure high standards of vigilance and protocol adherence.
  • Oversee surveillance operations and ensure all security equipment is fully functional.
  • Monitor and assess potential risks and recommend practical solutions to mitigate threats.
  • Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services as required.
  • Establish and maintain incident-reporting systems and conduct thorough investigations when necessary.
  • Organize regular safety drills, including fire evacuation and crisis response exercises.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, statutory, and health and safety regulations.
Must have requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in security management, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency response, and crisis management.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and motivating teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and decisive during emergencies.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have requirements
  • Previous experience working in the Middle East or within UNESCO Heritage sites.
  • Professional certification in security management (e.g., CPP, PSP, or similar).
  • Arabic language skills.
  • First Aid or firefighting certification.
  • Experience deploying modern security technologies and systems.
