Assist in preparing, mixing, and baking breads, rolls, pastries, and other bakery items under the guidance of Chief Bakers.

Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines to maintain consistency and quality.

Support the preparation of doughs, fillings, and batters, and perform basic decorating tasks.

Maintain proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients according to hygiene standards.

Prepare and organize workstations, including mise-en-place for bakery production.

Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, baking equipment, utensils, and storage areas.

Adhere to hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times, following HACCP guidelines.

Perform side duties and additional tasks as assigned by the Bakery Chef or Kitchen Management.

Prior experience as a Commis in a bakery or hotel environment.

Basic knowledge of baking techniques, dough handling, and kitchen standards.

Understanding of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high culinary standards.

Presentable and well-groomed appearance in line with hotel guidelines.
