Role Overview
As a Bus Runner, you play an essential role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly. You support the service team, maintain clean and organized dining areas, and help create a positive and welcoming experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service Support

Set up and reset tables according to hotel standards

Clear and clean tables, dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly

Assist servers by delivering food and supporting smooth service flow

Provide courteous guest assistance, including refilling water and responding to requests

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas at all times

Assist with banquet and event setup and breakdown

Monitor and restock supplies such as napkins, condiments, and service items

Report shortages or issues to the appropriate team members

Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure efficient operations

Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required
Professional Conduct & Guest Relations

Maintain excellent personal grooming and professional appearance

Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards

Build positive relationships with guests and colleagues

Provide helpful support to other departments when needed
