Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the spa to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Lead and motivate a team of therapists and attendants to provide outstanding guest experiences.
  • Manage scheduling, booking, and spa product inventory.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards within the spa areas.
  • Facilitate staff training and development, ensuring all procedures and protocols are followed.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with management to promote spa services and packages.
  • Monitor and report on spa performance, including revenue and guest satisfaction metrics.
Must have requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar supervisory spa role within a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Solid knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using spa management software and booking systems.

  • Professional wellness or beauty therapy qualifications.
  • Experience with international guest relations.
  • Background in training and developing spa teams.
  • First Aid or CPR certification.
