Role Overview
As a Fitness Trainer (Female) at The Chedi Hegra, you will inspire and guide guests on their wellness journey, tailoring fitness programs to individual needs in a luxury setting. As part of our team in The Chedi Hegra, you'll work in an onsite environment, motivating a diverse clientele while elevating the guest experience through your expertise and passion for health and wellness.
 
Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver customized fitness programs for guests of varying fitness levels.
  • Lead individual and group workout sessions with enthusiasm, professionalism, and safety in mind.
  • Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate guests’ needs, goals, and progress.
  • Provide expert advice on health, nutrition, and exercise.
  • Encourage adherence to exercise programs through ongoing support and motivation.
  • Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and monitor form to prevent injuries.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of fitness facilities.
  • Collaborate with the wellness team to enhance the overall guest experience.
Must have requirements
  • Certified personal trainer or fitness instructor (recognized international or national accreditation).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fitness instruction or personal training.
  • Strong knowledge of fitness principles, exercise techniques, and nutrition essentials.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Professional demeanor and a positive, energetic attitude.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Female candidates only, as required for client and cultural considerations.
Nice to have requirements
  • Experience in a luxury hotel or resort wellness environment.
  • Specialization in yoga, Pilates, or other wellness disciplines.
  • Certification in first aid and CPR.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity, especially in Middle Eastern hospitality.
  • Experience delivering wellness workshops or seminars.
