Spa Receptionist - Saudi National Only - Chedi Hospitality

Role Overview
As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for guests at our luxurious spa. As part of our team in The Chedi Hegra, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, ensuring each guest receives a warm, professional, and efficient service experience from arrival to departure.
 
Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and visitors with a friendly, courteous, and professional attitude.
  • Manage spa bookings, appointment schedules, and guest records accurately.
  • Handle telephone and email inquiries regarding spa services.
  • Ensure the spa reception area is clean, welcoming, and well-presented at all times.
  • Process payments and issue invoices or receipts as required.
  • Communicate with spa therapists to ensure smooth guest transitions and scheduling.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of front-desk supplies.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of spa offerings and provide recommendations to guests.
  • Follow company and safety policies at all times.
Must have requirements
  • Saudi National only, as per government regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a professional and calm manner.
  • A warm, approachable, and service-focused attitude.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and booking software.
Nice to have requirements
  • Experience working in spa, hospitality, or luxury service environments.
  • Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness products.
  • Additional language skills beyond Arabic and English.
