Talent Acquisition Manager - Saudi National Only - Chedi Hospitality

Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building an exceptional team at The Chedi Hegra. As part of our team in The Chedi Hegra, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, collaborating closely with management and department leaders to attract, select, and onboard top-tier talent that aligns with our luxury hospitality standards and unique culture.
 
Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from workforce planning and sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates within the hospitality sector.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and selection criteria.
  • Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance talent pipelines and candidate engagement.
  • Facilitate an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment cycle.
  • Track and report key talent acquisition metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Work alongside HR teams to support workforce diversity and inclusion objectives.
Must have requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in hospitality or luxury brands.
  • Deep understanding of sourcing techniques, employer branding, and talent assessment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong organizational ability and a detail-oriented approach to work.
Nice to have requirements
  • Previous experience in a five-star hotel or resort environment.
  • Advanced certifications in Human Resources (e.g., CIPD, SHRM).
  • Familiarity with Saudi labor law and regional talent market trends.
  • Experience supporting employer branding campaigns on social media platforms.
