• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements related to beverage service.
• Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed, conducting regular checks to optimize workflow.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming, efficient atmosphere and actively resolve guest concerns.

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end hotel, restaurant, or hospitality venue.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric mindset.
• Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain composure during peak hours.
• Excellent attention to detail, personal grooming, and a polished appearance.

• Legal eligibility to work in the country and age compliance for alcohol service.
