Marketing Manager - Daikan

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:  
▪ Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive 
marketing strategies aligned with company goals and target audience. Conduct market 
research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Create 
marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer 
acquisition. 
▪ Digital and Traditional Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts, including 
social media, email marketing, website content, and SEO/SEM. Oversee the creation of 
marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertisements. 
Monitor marketing performance metrics and analyse data to optimize campaigns and 
tactics. 
▪ Content Creation and Branding: Develop compelling and relevant content that 
resonates with the target audience. Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual 
identity across all marketing materials. Collaborate with designers, writers, and 
agencies to create engaging content. 
▪ Campaign Execution and Analysis: Execute marketing campaigns from concept to 
implementation, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Measure and analyse 
campaign effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement. Adjust 
strategies based on data-driven insights to achieve desired results. 
▪ Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships 
with customers through engaging content and personalized communication. Respond 
to customer feedback, inquiries, and concerns to enhance customer satisfaction. 
Develop loyalty programs, referral incentives, and other strategies to retain and grow 
customer base. 
▪ Market Research and Analysis: Identify potential business opportunities, target 
markets, and customer segments. Analyse data to identify gaps, opportunities, and 
areas for business expansion. 
 
▪ Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships, 
collaborations, and alliances. Initiate discussions with potential partners, negotiate 
terms, and develop mutually beneficial relationships. Evaluate partnership proposals 
and assess their alignment with business goals. 
▪ Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and 
revenue growth through new business ventures. Identify cross-selling and upselling 
opportunities within existing customer base. Collaborate with sales teams to align 
business development efforts with sales goals. 
▪ Proposal and Pitch Development: Prepare persuasive business proposals and 
presentations to showcase the organization's value proposition. Deliver compelling 
pitches to potential partners and clients, addressing their needs and benefits of 
collaboration. 
Public Relations:  
▪ PR Strategy: Develop and execute extensive PR plans and campaigns that are in line 
with the company's overall objectives and brand identity. Establish essential marketing 
and positioning strategies that communicate the company's mission, values, and 
initiatives. Identify target media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders to engage with. 
▪ Media & Influencer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, 
journalists, and influencers to secure press coverage and media placements. Identify 
and engage with influencers, bloggers, and social media personalities to amplify brand 
messaging and reach new audiences. Develop partnerships and collaborations with 
influencers to create authentic and engaging content. 
▪ Crisis Management: Monitor social media and news coverage to identify potential 
issues and proactively address them. Develop and implement crisis communication 
plans to effectively manage and mitigate reputational risks. 
 

▪ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related 
field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred. 
▪ 3+ years’ experience in marketing and PR roles, preferably in the F&B  
▪ Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business 
objectives into actionable marketing strategies. 
▪ Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content 
creation. 
▪ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
▪ Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing and PR campaigns. 
▪ Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and storytelling. 
▪ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple 
projects simultaneously. 
▪ Strong leadership and team management capabilities. 
▪ Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM) as 
well as Microsoft Office suite.
