The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for restaurant roles, including hourly, supervisory, and management positions. This role partners closely with restaurant leadership to attract, hire, and retain high-quality candidates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for restaurant positions (FOH, BOH, management, and support roles)

Collaborate with hiring managers and Operations leaders to understand staffing needs

Source candidates through various job boards, social media and referrals

Conduct high-volume screening, interviews, and hiring events

Coordinate interview scheduling and hiring decisions efficiently to meet operational demands
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Support onboarding processes, including offer letters, HR orientation and new hire paperwork

Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, turnover trends, and hiring effectiveness

Promote the employer brand and represent the company at job fairs and community events
Preferred Skills

2+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, preferably within restaurant or hospitality environments
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and workforce challenges
