Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and restaurant maintenance.
- Staff Training and Development: Support in training and mentoring new staff members, ensuring they adhere to service standards and protocols.
- Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with guests, addressing any inquiries, feedback, and complaints to enhance their dining experience.
- Inventory and Ordering: Help manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant.
- Menu Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including food and beverage pairings, to assist guests with recommendations.
