Assistant Restaurant Manager - Daikan

Daikan Izakaya, Yas Bay is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant team. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests while assisting the Restaurant Manager in managing staff and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Operational Support: Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and restaurant maintenance.
    • Staff Training and Development: Support in training and mentoring new staff members, ensuring they adhere to service standards and protocols.
    • Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with guests, addressing any inquiries, feedback, and complaints to enhance their dining experience.
    • Inventory and Ordering: Help manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant.
    • Menu Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including food and beverage pairings, to assist guests with recommendations.
    • Sales and Revenue Generation: Collaborate with management to implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall guest satisfaction.
    • Compliance: Ensure that all staff members comply with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.

Requirements:
