Role Overview
Join our automotive team as an Auto Painter where your expertise in vehicle refinishing and spray painting will contribute directly to customer satisfaction. As part of our team in Al Qassim, you'll work in an ONSITE environment focused on delivering top-quality finishes and efficient turnaround times for all auto body painting tasks.
 
Responsibilities
  • Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming surfaces to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
  • Match and mix automotive paints to achieve the desired color and finish.
  • Apply paint with spray guns, as well as touch-up tools, to deliver smooth, durable finishes.
  • Inspect finished jobs for color accuracy, flaws, or defects; polish and buff painted surfaces as required.
  • Maintain a clean work area and comply with all safety and environmental guidelines.
  • Collaborate with body shop technicians and other team members to ensure efficient work flow.
Must have requirements
  • Proven experience as an Auto Painter with several years specializing in automotive painting and refinishing.
  • Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety practices.
  • Attention to detail and excellent color-matching skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with automotive painting equipment, including spray guns and tools.
Nice to have requirements
  • Certification or training from a recognized auto painting program.
  • Experience with advanced finishes such as metallic, pearl, or custom designs.
  • Knowledge of environmentally friendly paint systems and techniques.

المسؤوليات
  • تجهيز المركبات للطلاء: بما في ذلك الصنفرة، التغطية (Masking)، ووضع طبقات التأسيس (Priming) لضمان أفضل تماسك للطلاء.
  • خلط الألوان: مطابقة وخلط طلاء السيارات للوصول إلى اللون واللمعة المطلوبة بدقة.
  • الرش والطلاء: استخدام مسدسات الرش وأدوات "الرتوش" لتقديم طلاء ناعم ومتين.
  • الفحص والإنهاء: فحص العمل النهائي للتأكد من دقة اللون وخلوه من العيوب، وإجراء عمليات التلميع (Polishing) والتبولش حسب الحاجة.
  • السلامة والنظام: الحفاظ على نظافة منطقة العمل والالتزام بجميع إرشادات السلامة والبيئة.
  • التنسيق: التعاون مع فنيي السمكرة وأعضاء الفريق لضمان سلاسة سير العمل.
المتطلبات الأساسية
  • خبرة مثبتة كفني دهان سيارات لعدة سنوات مع تخصص في أعمال الرش والتجديد.
  • معرفة تقنية: إلمام تام بتقنيات الطلاء، المواد المستخدمة، وممارسات السلامة.
  • دقة الملاحظة: مهارات ممتازة في مطابقة الألوان والاهتمام بالتفاصيل الدقيقة.
  • العمل الجماعي: القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق في بيئة عمل سريعة.
  • التعامل مع المعدات: الإلمام بمعدات دهان السيارات ومسدسات الرش الحديثة.
متطلبات إضافية 
  • شهادة أو تدريب من مركز معتمد لدهان السيارات.
  • خبرة في أنواع الطلاء المتقدمة مثل (Metallic) أو (Pearl) أو التصاميم الخاصة.
  • معرفة بأنظمة الطلاء الصديقة للبيئة.
