Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Store Assistant to join our growing team. As part of our team in Karama, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, supporting the smooth daily operations of our store and helping to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in locating products and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Receive, process, and organize inventory shipments and stock.
- Maintain store cleanliness and product displays.
- Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently for sales and returns.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low-stock items.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Must have requirements
- Proven experience as a Store Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work ONSITE, standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Nice to have requirements
- Experience using retail POS systems.
- Proficiency in a second language.
- Experience in visual merchandising.
- Certification in retail management or customer service.
