The Role
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Operations Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of eCommerce stores and operate them with a performance-first mindset.
This is not a traditional coordination or reporting role. We are looking for someone who treats each store like their own business, identifying opportunities, solving problems quickly, protecting revenue, and continuously improving operational and financial performance. You will oversee the day-to-day operations and growth of multiple stores under our management while acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sourcing, fulfillment, customer support, creatives, and suppliers to ensure every store operates efficiently and scales successfully. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating eCommerce businesses, strong analytical skills, and the ability to move with urgency while maintaining full ownership and accountability.
Responsibilities
Performance Ownership

Own the performance of assigned stores across key KPIs:

Monitor store performance daily and identify opportunities or issues proactively

Take immediate action to address underperformance and operational bottlenecks

Contribute directly to increasing the value of each eCommerce asset\

Collaborate with other departments to drive growth
Daily Operations Management

Oversee and optimize the daily operations of multiple eCommerce and dropshipping stores
-
Ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment workflows
-
Monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts
-
Ensure pricing, offers, and promotions are accurate and aligned
-
Conduct regular store audits covering UX, functionality, checkout flow, and customer journey
Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
-
Build strong relationships with investors and store owners through proactive communication
-
Provide regular performance updates, strategic recommendations, and operational insights
-
Ensure alignment around growth strategies, priorities, and expectations
Revenue Protection & Risk Management

Identify and resolve issues impacting revenue, including:
-
Monitor refunds, disputes, and chargebacks
-
Work with customer support and payment providers to minimize operational risks and revenue leakage
Supplier & Fulfillment Coordination

Coordinate with suppliers and sourcing teams to ensure product availability and smooth delivery

Maintain strong communication with international suppliers and logistics partners
-
Resolve delays, discrepancies, and fulfillment-related issues quickly and effectively
Product & Growth Support

Support product research, validation, and product launches
-
Coordinate with marketing teams on scaling opportunities and campaign execution
-
Ensure products are listed accurately and efficiently across stores
-
Contribute to operational strategies that support sustainable growth
Financial & Payment Operations

Monitor store-level profitability and operational efficiency
-
Validate supplier costs, pricing consistency, and margin performance
-
Monitor payment performance, success rates, and market-specific payment methods
-
Identify and resolve issues with payment providers and checkout systems
Process Optimization

Follow and improve operational SOPs and workflows
-
Create and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
-
Ensure consistency and quality execution across all assigned stores
Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with:

Marketing teams on performance and scaling
-
Creative teams on store assets and branding
-
Customer support teams on feedback and operational improvements
-
Product sourcing and fulfillment teams on supply chain execution
Ensure strong alignment and smooth execution across all departments.
What We’re Looking For

Proven hands-on experience operating or scaling Shopify/eCommerce stores
-
Strong understanding of dropshipping operations and eCommerce workflows
-
Performance-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
-
Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to operate autonomously

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and client management abilities

Ability to move fast, prioritize effectively, and execute independently

Familiarity with:

Experience in online marketing is a plus
