The Rental Asset Operations Manager leads the operational planning, control, movement, utilization, tracking, and optimization of the company’s rental assets across multiple categories. The role is accountable for efficient inbound and outbound asset flow, preparation, dispatch, returns, maintenance coordination, system accuracy, and compliance with operational standards across warehouse and project activities. For the Furniture category, the role also oversees site operations execution, while for all other categories it focuses on rental asset operations, warehouse processes, and asset movement management. Success in this role requires strong operational leadership, systems proficiency, process discipline, and a data-driven approach to performance and continuous improvement.
Operational Execution and Coordination:
· Rental asset planning, allocation, booking, and utilization across all rental categories.
· Inbound and outbound rental asset operations include preparation, dispatch, returns, inspection, and system updates.
· Manpower provisioning and allocation for warehouse and operational activities.
· Efficient daily operational planning and resource utilization.
· Vehicle booking and coordination for material transportation and operational requirements.
· Shipment packing lists and operational documentation.
· Coordination with project teams, warehouse teams, logistics, procurement, and operations departments for smooth project execution.
· Asset movement tracking through rental management systems, RFID systems, and other operational technologies.
· Ensure accuracy of rental asset transactions and traceability within company systems.
· Coordinate maintenance requirements, repair flow, and asset readiness.
· Support continuous process standardization across all rental asset categories.
· Ensure SLA/KPI targets and departmental objectives are achieved.
Performance Monitoring and Control:
· Rental asset utilization efficiency.
· Accuracy of asset tracking systems and inventory records.
· Warehouse operational efficiency including preparation, handling, storage, and dispatch methods.
· Site operational activities related to Furniture projects.
· Asset availability, condition, and operational readiness.
· Daily operational activities and project deliveries.

Minimum 5 years of experience in rental operations, warehouse operations, supply chain, or asset management roles.
Experience in events, exhibitions, logistics, rental, or similarly complex operational environments is strongly preferred.

Certification:
· Knowledge of Supply Chain Process will be an advantage.
· Knowledge of ISO Processes will be an advantage.
· Knowledge of ERP and Asset Management Systems

Education:
Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Languages:
Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic language capability is an advantage.
