The Operations Manager will oversee production and installation activities for fabric, graphics, upholstery, and décor within the events and exhibitions industry. This role requires coordinating with suppliers for work orders and deliveries,supervising on-site installations, and providing technical solutions to ensure smooth execution. A key focus is proposing cost-effective ideas and solving operational challenges both in factory and on site to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Main Accountabilities

resolve unexpected issues on site (fit-outs, adjustments, reworks) by coordinating with suppliers, PMs, and production teams

Strong knowledge of fabrication methods, materials, and installation techniques for fabric, graphics, upholstery, and décor.
