Graphic Coordinator - ELECTRA

At Electra we need talented people that will share our strategy to be the obvious partner contracting for local & international players who wish to set up an event within the GCC.
 
The coordinator is responsible for managing all graphics, fabric, and decor-related scope from project initiation to site delivery. This includes technical coordination, production, supplier follow-ups, quality control, and site support. The role ensures timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery while aligning closely with the Project Manager (PM), Operations team, Design team, and other stakeholders. 
 
Main Accountabilities 
  • Coordinate with Project Manager to obtain SOW, budget, technical details, visuals, and align with stakeholders during kick-off meetings. 
  • Work with Operations and fabrication teams (carpentry, steel, paint, graphics, fabric) to set priorities and prepare production schedules based on delivery requirements. 
  •  Provide technical solutions, cost estimates, and arrange/review samples of materials, finishes, fabrics, prints; check artwork and ensure drawing dimensions match the Graphics Order Form (GOF). 
  •  Act as the main contact for graphics/fabric/décor team, confirm work schedules,monitor progress with operations, address delays, and share updates. 
  •  Coordinate with procurement/suppliers for imely delivery of materials and samples, share drawings/measurements/installation timelines, and ensure logistics match production and build-up schedules. 
  •  Track production progress, check quality of graphics/fabric/décor against specifications, address issues, and provide PM/AM with regular updates on progress, risks, and corrective actions. 
  •  Monitor budgets, record variations,maintain approvals/artwork/production/supplier records, and update library with new materials or techniques. 
  •  Align with PM on build-up schedules and logistics, ensure crew, permits, and resources are ready, prepare delivery schedules,monitor shipments, support site installation, resolve issues quickly, and manage scrap handling/reusable storage with final documentation. 
 
Knowledge & Experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience within the graphics, décor, or event industry

Graduate  
 
Languages: 
Proficiency in English (addition all languages are an advantage 
Systems: 
Microsoft Office; Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator; l Auto CAD 
 
Technical & Functional Skills  
 
  • Strong knowledge of digital media printers and printing techniques. 
  • Understanding of different types of media used in event production. 
  • Basic graphic design skills.
