Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and performance-oriented Content Creator to develop engaging, high-conversion content for Salonist. This role focuses on educating salon owners, enhancing product visibility, and driving qualified lead generation through strategic content initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation
- Produce high-quality short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) covering:
- Salon growth strategies
- Product demonstrations
- Business transformation stories
- Design visually compelling static creatives including ads, carousels, and infographics
2. Product Marketing Content
- Develop content highlighting key product features, including:
- Appointment booking systems
- CRM and automation workflows
- Customer success stories and case studies
- Translate complex SaaS functionalities into simple, engaging, and relatable content
3. Social Media Management
- Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Optimize content for maximum engagement, reach, and platform performance
- Stay updated with emerging trends in the beauty and SaaS industries
4. Performance Marketing Content
- Create high-performing ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing on hooks, scripts, and thumbnails to improve results
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and campaign objectives
5. Copywriting
- Develop compelling and conversion-focused:
- Captions
- Hooks
- Ad copy
- Email campaigns
- Ensure all messaging aligns with brand voice and performance goals
Content Formats

- Product tutorials and walkthroughs

Requirements
Must-Have
- 2–5 years of experience in content creation or social media marketing
- Strong understanding of:
