We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Officer to drive brand growth, campaign execution, and creative excellence. This role goes beyond execution — it requires a strong brand thinker who can connect marketing initiatives to business outcomes, manage multi-channel campaigns, and lead creative direction across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with brand strategy and business objectives
- Manage and execute multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, web, events) with a focus on performance and brand consistency
- Maintain and optimize the content calendar across all platforms
Creative Direction & Content Development
- Lead creative development by coordinating with external designers and agencies
- Review concepts and approve final assets across digital, print, packaging, OOH, social, and motion
- Produce or coordinate design assets such as presentations, ads, email templates, landing pages, and marketing collateral.
Research & Insights
- Conduct market research, including audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and trend identification
- Translate insights into effective positioning, messaging, and campaign strategies
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Present campaign ideas, creative concepts, and strategic rationale to stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions across teams
- Collaborate with product, sales, PR, and legal teams to ensure alignment and compliance
- Manage external vendors including:
- Graphic designers
- Content writers
- Exhibition & booth designers
- Advertising agencies
Digital & Social Media Oversight
- Oversee social media presence and content execution
- Ensure high-quality delivery of all digital assets and campaigns
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance
Required Skills & Attributes
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align marketing and design with business goals
- Strong visual and creative sensibility (layout, typography, color, composition)
- Excellent storytelling and idea generation skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign (or strong ability to collaborate with designers)
- Solid understanding of campaign planning, briefs, budgets, timelines, and quality control
- Basic web and digital design knowledge
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead discussions
