HR Operations Manager - element

We are seeking a highly operational and execution-driven HR Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day HR operations of the organization. This role is critical in ensuring that HR processes, policies, and systems are effectively implemented and consistently executed across the business.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR professional with strong operational discipline, capable of driving HR processes from design through to implementation while maintaining compliance with UAE labour regulations and internal governance standards.
 
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Implementation
  • Manage and oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficient execution of HR processes and policies.
  • Implement HR programs, policies, and operational frameworks across departments.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance in HR practices across the organization.
Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, probation management, performance reviews, and offboarding.
  • Ensure onboarding programs and HR documentation are properly executed and maintained.
HR Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Support implementation of governance frameworks and HR operational controls.
Performance Management & HR Systems
  • Support the implementation and operational management of the Performance Management System (PMS).
  • Ensure performance reviews, objectives tracking, and documentation are properly administered.
HR Process Improvement
  • Identify gaps in HR processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and compliance.
  • Support HR transformation initiatives and operational projects.
Stakeholder Support
  • Work closely with department heads and management to ensure HR operations support business needs.
  • Provide operational HR support to leadership on employee matters and HR implementation.
Candidate Requirements
  • Master Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • CHRM/SHRM, CIPD or reputable HR certifications is an advantage
  • Minimum 6–8 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to HR operations and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience in managing HR processes, policies, and operational frameworks.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
  • Experience working in operational environments (construction, engineering, logistics or industrial sectors) will be an advantage.
