Element is building a pool of freelance and part-time trainers for a major government HR capability development programme in the UAE.
We are looking for experienced HR professionals and facilitators who can deliver high-quality, applied learning workshops for HR Specialists, HRBPs and Mid-Level Managers across corporate organisations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of HR, consulting, organisational development or learning experience
- Proven experience facilitating learning workshops
- Strong understanding various HR frameworks in complex organisations
- Ability to deliver applied, case-based and interactive sessions
- Excellent communication and group facilitation skills.
Preferred certifications
- CIPD Level 5 or Level 7
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
- Prosci Change Management Certification
- ICF coaching certification
- HR analytics, KPI, performance management or workforce planning certifications

Trainers may be engaged for specific modules, full programmes or as part of a wider delivery faculty.
