About the Company:
We are a growing start-up shipping and logistics company based in Deira, Dubai, focused on providing end-to-end container shipping and freight forwarding solutions. As we expand our operations, we’re looking for a self-driven and well-connected Liner Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to immediate business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage direct relationships with shippers, freight forwarders, and NVOCCs.

Generate new business and secure bookings across major trade lanes.

Promote the company’s liner services and achieve revenue and volume targets.

Leverage existing customer base to bring in immediate business.

Negotiate rates and contracts in line with company policies.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth cargo handling and customer satisfaction.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in liner or NVOCC sales within the UAE market.

Proven customer network and ability to bring revenue from day one.

Strong knowledge of container shipping, trade routes, and pricing structures.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Must be target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Valid UAE driving license preferred.
