Freelance Recruiter (Agency-Based) - element

We are looking for a results-driven freelance recruiter to support fast-paced hiring across UAE and GCC.
 
This is a delivery-focused, agency-style role. You will be expected to source, shortlist, and close mid to senior-level candidates quickly. Speed, execution, and quality are critical.
 
This role is best suited for recruiters who are used to high-pressure environments and tight hiring timelines.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple open roles simultaneously (mid–senior level)
  • Source candidates through headhunting, databases, and networks
  • Deliver qualified shortlists within 2–5 days
  • Conduct initial screening and ensure candidate-job alignment
  • Coordinate interviews and support closing process
  • Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers
Mandatory Requirements 
  • Minimum 3+ years recruitment experience (agency preferred)
  • Proven experience in filling mid–senior level roles
  • Strong headhunting capability (not reliant on job postings only)
  • Existing UAE/GCC candidate network
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and performance pressure
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Compensation
Performance-based (per successful hire / project basis)
