Element HR Consultingis hiring on behalf of a confidential client for the position of Telesales Executive.
Role Overview
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition by engaging prospective clients through phone calls, virtual meetings, and digital communication channels. The role focuses on understanding customer requirements, demonstrating software solutions, and converting qualified leads into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Contact prospective customers through outbound calls, follow-up calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other digital communication channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding business operations, challenges, and software requirements.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while scheduling product demonstrations with qualified prospects.
Product Consultation & Demonstration
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of the software platform.
- Tailor presentations based on each customer's business requirements and operational needs.
- Clearly articulate how the solution can improve operational efficiency, customer management, appointment scheduling, payments, reporting, and business growth.
Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Handle customer inquiries, pricing discussions, and objections professionally.
- Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers through a consultative sales approach.
- Close subscription sales and ensure accurate completion of all sales documentation.
Customer Follow-up
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Nurture leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.
CRM & Sales Administration
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Update lead status, follow-up schedules, and opportunity pipelines on a timely basis.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
Target Achievement
- Achieve individual sales KPIs, including outbound calls, qualified leads, product demonstrations, conversions, and revenue targets.
- Continuously improve sales performance through product knowledge, market awareness, and effective sales techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, SaaS sales, or software solution sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable business solutions.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Target-driven with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable conducting virtual product demonstrations and online meetings.
- Experience selling SaaS or cloud-based software solutions is an added advantage.
