Job Description: 

We are a fast-growing local law firm in the UAE with a strong team of established lawyers, seeking an experienced Litigation Partner with a substantial book of business to drive expansion and handle high-profile cases. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in UAE courts, expertise in complex litigation, and the ability to bring in and retain clients. 

 

 Key Responsibilities: 

- Lead and manage high-stakes litigation cases in civil, commercial, and criminal disputes. 

- Bring and grow a portable book of business to contribute to firm revenue. 

- Represent clients in landmark and high-profile cases before UAE courts. 

- Mentor junior lawyers and oversee case strategy. 

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships. 

- Contribute to the firm’s growth and strategic direction. 

 

 Requirements: 

- 15+ years of UAE litigation experience (must have worked in a law firm in UAE). 

- Proven book of business with a strong client network. 

- Expertise in UAE civil, commercial, and criminal litigation. 

- Track record of handling high-value, complex disputes. 

- Strong leadership and business development skills. 

- Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
