The role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and executing commercial partnerships, sales-driven initiatives, and PR activities that contribute directly to the Company financial performance.
The role focuses on diversifying revenue streams, increasing brand-led sales opportunities, and converting visibility into measurable commercial outcomes. In addition, the role is responsible for increasing Company’s brand awareness and market presence across the UAE and wider GCC, ensuring brand visibility supports commercial objectives and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
01: Business Development & Revenue Growth
Identify, develop, and manage new revenue-generating partnerships and commercial opportunities.
Support and execute outreach, negotiations, and partnership development for brand collaborations, corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and bulk or B2B sales, in coordination with senior leadership.
Develop structured commercial proposals including pricing, margins, and revenue models.
Build and manage a business development pipeline, tracking leads, conversions, and outcomes.
Support offline and online initiatives with a clear focus on sales generation and return on investment.
02: Public Relations & Strategic Partnerships
Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with commercial and revenue objectives in coordination with senior leadership.
Manage relationships with media, influencers (as needed), and strategic partners to support product launches and sales campaigns.
Secure brand exposure that strengthens credibility, builds trust, and drives customer acquisition.
Plan and execute PR-led initiatives that can be monetized, such as sponsored events or brand activations.
03: Revenue Diversification & Commercial Strategy
Identify and test new revenue streams beyond core ecommerce sales.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure initiatives are financially viable, on-brand, and scalable.
Monitor market trends and partnership opportunities relevant to the company’s positioning.
04: Reporting & Performance Management
Track and report on commercial performance, including revenue generated per initiative.
Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, pipeline status, and ROI.
Ensure all activities align with agreed commercial targets and budgets.
05: Brand Awareness & Market Expansion (UAE & GCC)
Develop and execute initiatives to grow brand awareness across the UAE and GCC markets in alignment with the company’s positioning and values.
Identify and secure regional exposure opportunities, including press features, events, partnerships, and brand activations relevant to the GCC market.
Support market entry or expansion initiatives within the GCC through strategic partnerships and visibility-led commercial opportunities.
Ensure brand awareness initiatives are aligned with commercial goals and contribute to lead generation, partnerships, or revenue opportunities where possible.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, partnerships, PR, or commercial roles.
Proven track record of revenue generation and partnership management.
Experience working with lifestyle, fashion, wellness, or consumer-focused brands preferred.
Fluent in English and Arabic
Experience in a startup or fast-growing business environment is an advantage.
