During and post implementation, the Solution Architect will be tasked with ensuring customer success (from a technology architecture and a solutions point of view), ensuring alignment with the delivery units and detecting cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

Lead technical workshops, assessments and solution demonstrations (including architecture reviews and security maturity assessments) to influence customer decision-making and drive solution adoption.

Collaborate with internal sales, delivery and vendor teams to develop competitive solution strategies, ensure technical accuracy in proposals, and align offerings with customer requirements and industry best practices.

Ensure success in the market and strongly sales-focused to ensure increased business.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field from a related field

Minimum 8-10 years of relevant work experience in IT Solution Architecture with strong exposure to Security consulting or a relevant role

Prior experience in pre-sales, solution consulting or technical sales support, preferably within a system integrator environment.

Excellent understanding of Cyber, and information security challenges and strategies.

Prior experience in positioning managed security services.

Hands-on solution-level expertise across key-technologies:

Network & Security: Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5

SIEM & Analytics: Splunk

Vulnerability Management: Tenable
-
Threat Detection & Response: Vectra, Trend Micro

File Security & Data Protection: OPSWAT

Prior experience in positioning GRC and VAPT services.

Strong consulting skills covering both technical as well as commercial understanding of an opportunity.

Relevant cybersecurity certifications from leading vendors and/or vendor-neutral organizations (e.g., security, cloud, or network certifications)

Solid understanding of technology from both a technical as well as a concept perspective.

Strong pedagogical skills in explaining difficult technical concepts in an easy-to-understand way

Solid business acumen.
