Hero Classics is a specialist automotive garage working across classic, future-classic, and operational fleet vehicles. We are currently looking for an experienced Garage Administrator who understands the automotive industry and is confident working with car parts, suppliers, and garage systems.
This is a niche role and requires prior experience in the automotive / garage environment.
Key Requirements (Essential)

Strong knowledge of cars and parts, specifically:

Japanese makes (e.g. Toyota)
-
American makes (e.g. Ford)
-
British makes (e.g. Land Rover / Defender)

Previous experience working in a garage, workshop, or automotive parts environment

Understanding of vehicle parts sourcing, suppliers, quotations, and invoices

Comfortable communicating with mechanics, suppliers, and management
Administrative Responsibilities

Managing purchase orders, quotations, and supplier invoices
-
Monitoring and preparing expenditure and cost tracking

Maintaining job cards, records, and documentation
-
Sending and responding to professional emails
-
Using Excel and basic accounting / tracking sheets
-
Navigating and updating garage systems and software

Supporting workshop operations with day-to-day admin tasks
Language Requirements

English (spoken and written) – essential

Arabic, Urdu, or Hindi – highly advantageous
