Role Overview

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and other arrangement. 
  • Support technical and IT-related activities as required.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations in both English and Arabic.
  • Communicate efficiently ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Uphold punctuality and commitment to all assigned tasks and deadlines.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Must have requirements
  • Bachelor degree in administration or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles.
  • Strong technical and computer skills, including proficiency in office software.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Punctual, highly committed, and detail-oriented individual.
