Role Overview
As part of our team in Dubai, you'll work in an ONSITE environment as one of our Real Estate Agents, representing prestigious properties and investment opportunities in one of the world's most dynamic real estate markets. We are seeking experienced professionals who can expertly engage high-net-worth German-speaking investors, leverage expert knowledge of international real estate, and deliver tailored premium service while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and engage high-value international buyers and investors, particularly from the German-speaking market.
- Present, market, and sell premier Dubai properties, articulating investment value and strategic benefits.
- Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing, including negotiations, agreements, and post-sale support.
- Develop tailored real estate solutions that match client needs in investment, relocation, or luxury lifestyle.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records and client data using modern CRM systems (e.g., Close).
- Stay knowledgeable on Dubai's property regulations, market trends, and ROI opportunities for foreign investors.
- Represent the brand at showings, exhibitions, and exclusive client events with impeccable presence.
Must have requirements
- Native-level or fluent German (spoken & written), combined with strong business English communication skills.
- Proven success in international property sales, especially with high-value or luxury real estate.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s property market, investment opportunities, and key regulations for foreign buyers.
- Exceptional client management abilities, particularly with high-net-worth German investors.
- Outstanding negotiation and deal-closing skills, including drafting and finalizing purchase agreements.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Close), online real estate platforms, and digital communication channels.
- Impeccable professional appearance, dependability, and credibility in representing premium Dubai real estate.
Nice to have requirements
- Experience in the luxury property segment, including premium developments and large investment portfolios.
- Background in cross-border real estate transactions and international market networking.
- Knowledge of the UAE residency and Golden Visa process for property investors.
