Manage End-to-End Sales Progression: Oversee the entire conveyancing process, ensuring every transaction follows UAE real estate regulations, internal standards, and compliance requirements.

Liaise With All Stakeholders: Act as the primary point of contact between buyers, sellers, agents, developers, mortgage brokers, banks, conveyancers, trustees, and government authorities (e.g., DLD, RERA).

Prepare & Verify Documentation: Handle all contracts, forms, NOCs, mortgage documents, SPA reviews, title deed transfers, and any other required paperwork to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.

Coordinate Property Transfers: Schedule and manage all transfer appointments at the Dubai Land Department or trustee offices, ensuring all parties are well-prepared and documentation is complete.

Ensure Compliance & Risk Management: Monitor all activities to ensure alignment with UAE property laws, anti-money laundering practices, and company compliance standards.

Monitor Transaction Timelines: Track each case from start to finish, proactively pushing progress forward, identifying delays, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Provide Exceptional Client Service: Maintain strong communication and deliver a smooth, transparent, and positive experience for clients at every stage of the process.

Resolve Issues Quickly: Identify potential risks or complications early and take prompt action to solve them before they impact the transaction.

Support Sales Teams: Work closely with agents and management to streamline processes, provide updates, share documentation status, and enhance team performance.

Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all transactions, communications, and documents are properly recorded, updated, and stored in internal systems/CRMs.
