Junior Data Analyst - InvestMenter Real Estate L.L.C.

Role Overview
Join our growing data team as a Junior Data Analyst! As part of our team in Dubai, you'll work in an ONSITE environment within the dynamic real estate industry. Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and analyze real estate market and business data to support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Google Sheets for effective data visualization.
  • Support campaign tracking and performance measurement by leveraging UTM parameters and CRM analytics.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to track KPIs and business insights for different teams.
  • Ensure data integrity with rigorous backup protocols and assistance in data migration processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to identify data needs and translate requirements into actionable insights.
  • Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives to increase efficiency.
Must have requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Engineering).
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar Junior Data Analyst role.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Close or similar platforms).
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data cleaning.
  • Strong data visualization skills, including Power BI and Google Sheets dashboarding.
  • Solid knowledge of UTM parameters and digital campaign tracking techniques.
  • Familiarity with backup protocols (cloud/manual approaches).
  • Experience with automation tools, such as Zapier, Excel Macros, or n8n, is a plus.
