Role Overview
 
We are seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant (German Speaker) to join our driven team in Dubai, working in an ONSITE environment. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting within a thriving real estate company. The right candidate will be adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting and will have a strong grasp of Dubai’s ever-evolving real estate market.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring seamless daily operations.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedules, and appointments with strategic prioritization.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Act as the main point of contact between executives, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
  • Conduct market research related to Dubai’s real estate trends and support with relevant data as needed.
  • Coordinate and follow up on ongoing projects within the organization.
Requirements for the Role
  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced real estate environment.
  • Deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market and regulatory environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace and related software tools.
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and proactive problem-solving skills.
