Job Summary
 
The Setter plays a pivotal role in driving the success of InvestMenter Real Estate’s sales operations. This position is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating first-contact communication, and securing high-quality appointments for real estate agents. The Setter ensures a steady pipeline of prospects, maintains accurate data in the CRM, and collaborates closely with the sales team to optimize productivity, enhance client engagement, and support overall company revenue growth.
 
 
 
Key Responsibilities
 
1. Lead Generation & Qualification
  • Conduct outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and follow-up communication with potential clients.
  • Engage leads from company-provided databases, online inquiries, marketing campaigns, referrals, events, and social media channels.
  • Assess client needs, purchasing capability, and investment interest to determine lead quality.
  • Identify qualified prospects for property consultations and viewing appointments.
2. Appointment Setting & Scheduling
  • Schedule property viewings, consultations, and meetings between prospects and real estate agents.
  • Coordinate calendars, confirm appointment details, and ensure smooth handover of leads.
  • Follow up on missed appointments and reschedule when required.
  • Ensure agents receive all necessary lead information prior to the meeting.
3. CRM & Data Management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, communication logs, and appointment outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Track lead progress through the sales pipeline and ensure timely updates.
  • Flag high-priority leads and provide daily reports on performance metrics, lead activity, and follow-ups.
4. Sales Support & Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Work closely with real estate agents to understand property listings, investment options, and key selling points.
  • Provide timely updates to the sales team on lead feedback and client concerns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach messaging with ongoing campaigns.
  • Support continuous improvement of lead-generation strategies through insights and market feedback.
5. Compliance & Professional Standards
  • Adhere to all UAE data protection regulations, including confidentiality and proper handling of client information.
  • Follow InvestMenter Real Estate’s communication protocols, ethical guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Ensure all outreach interactions reflect the company’s high level of professionalism and service excellence.
 
 
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven experience in telesales, customer service, appointment setting, or real estate lead generation (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with a confident and professional phone presence.
  • Ability to handle objections, build rapport, and engage diverse clientele.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong focus on achieving KPIs.
