Timekeeper - James L Williams

James L Williams Middle East (JLW) is looking for a dedicated and experienced Timekeeper to support our project teams by ensuring the accurate recording, monitoring, and reporting of workforce attendance and timekeeping activities.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain daily and weekly manpower attendance reports.
  • Monitor employee attendance, working hours, and workforce allocation records.
  • Review and verify timesheets for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Process attendance data from biometric systems and maintain accurate master timesheets.
  • Conduct attendance spot checks to verify workforce presence on site.
  • Review subcontractor attendance records and identify discrepancies where required.
  • Coordinate overtime documentation and ensure proper approvals are obtained.
  • Support leave administration and maintain updated workforce records.
  • Arrange workforce transportation and assist with site administration activities as required.
  • Ensure timely submission of attendance and payroll-related records to support smooth project operations.
Requirements
  • High School Certificate or equivalent.
  • 3–4 years of experience in a similar Timekeeping or Site Administration role.
  • Experience working in construction, engineering, MEP or Data Centre project environments is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent record-keeping and reporting skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
