Role Overview
As a sales advisor, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales performance. As part of our team in Oman, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, engaging with clients directly within our store or office to understand their needs and offer tailored product recommendations. Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their requirements and make suitable product or service recommendations.
  • Maximize sales opportunities through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
  • Support inventory management and merchandising activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices.
