We are looking for a passionate Sales Educator - Hair trainer (willing to relocate to Al-Madinah) to support the growth of our professional beauty brands through education, training, and technical expertise.
This role plays a key part in driving sales performance by delivering impactful training programs, supporting new client onboarding, increasing product usage, and strengthening brand loyalty within salons.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional in-salon training sessions, product demonstrations, workshops, and academy classes.
- Support sales teams in achieving brand targets by driving product adoption, repeat orders, and portfolio expansion.
- Assist with new salon onboarding and ensure successful activation of newly acquired accounts.
- Educate clients on product benefits, application techniques, and retail opportunities to increase sell-out performance.
- Support brand promotions, product launches, focus SKUs, and stock liquidation initiatives.
- Develop and execute structured education plans aligned with sales priorities and business objectives.
- Monitor education activities, attendance, and performance while providing regular reports and feedback.
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining expert product knowledge and professional representation at all times.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives, Brand Managers, and Sales Leadership to support business growth and client development.
Requirements
- Experience in professional beauty, haircare, cosmetics, or salon education.
- Strong presentation, training, and communication skills.
- Technical expertise in beauty and/or haircare products and services.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to support sales growth through education.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to travel and conduct regular field visits to salons and training locations.
- Passion for education, client development, and brand building.
