We are looking for a passionate Outdoor Sales Representative - Hair Division who will be responsible for driving consistent sales growth across multiple brands within their assigned
territory by executing a structured yearly, quarterly, monthly, and daily roadmap to target achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to achieve territory and brand-specific targets.
- Manage and grow existing salon accounts through regular visits, relationship building, upselling, and portfolio expansion.
- Ensure achievement of sales and collection targets while maintaining healthy customer accounts and payment discipline.
- Identify and convert new salon opportunities, including newly opened salons, to expand market coverage and brand presence.
- Execute promotions, focus SKU campaigns, and stock liquidation initiatives while adhering to approved pricing and commercial policies.
- Maintain strong product and brand knowledge, monitor competitor activities, and provide market insights to support business decisions.
- Plan and execute territory visits effectively, ensuring high route adherence and productive customer interactions.
- Collaborate with Education, Marketing, Finance, and Brand teams to support account growth, campaign execution, product launches, and salon activation.
- Ensure proper implementation of brand tools, promotional materials, and brand assets at salon level.
Key Requirements:
▪ Diploma or certification in Hair, Skin, Nails, or relevant professional category.
▪ Passion for education, training, and client development.
▪ Comfortable working in the field and traveling to client locations.
▪ Commercially aware and open to working with numbers and targets.
