Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional in-salon training sessions, product demonstrations, workshops, and academy classes.
- Use education as a commercial tool to increase product usage, drive repeat orders, and support sales growth.
- Partner with the Sales team to identify growth opportunities, increase brand penetration, and support upselling initiatives.
- Assist in converting new salon accounts through technical onboarding and education.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Conduct engaging seminars and education sessions aligned with brand strategy.
- Build strong relationships with salon professionals by providing continuous technical support and education.
- Ensure a high standard of training delivery while achieving productivity and business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hair Educator, Hair Trainer, or Senior Hair Stylist with training experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of professional hair products, treatments, and coloring.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to support sales growth through education.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as required.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
