Account Executive-Hair - Madi International

We are looking for an Account Executive for Hair brands to join our team in Dubai. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets within an assigned territory by managing existing salon accounts, developing new business, and promoting multiple hair brands. 
The role involves building strong customer relationships, increasing product sales, ensuring timely collections, executing promotions, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.
 
Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Manage and grow existing salon accounts while acquiring new customers.
  • Promote and sell the company's hair care product portfolio.
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent account support.
  • Execute promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Plan and conduct regular customer visits while collaborating with internal teams to support business growth.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the beauty, hair care, FMCG, or distribution industry.
  • Experience in account management and business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven with good planning and organizational skills.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of sales processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; UAE driving license is an advantage if required for field sales.
