QA/QC Engineer Snr. - Mangaza

 
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer Snr. to join our team. As part of our team in Ras Al Khaimah, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, playing an essential role in overseeing project quality assurance and control procedures throughout all project phases. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive quality initiatives, manage data and deliverables, and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead inspection and testing processes to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Manage and document Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and perform site observation to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Oversee subcontractor QA/QC activities, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Support project closeout, including documentation and quality deliverables.
  • Study project scope and requirements to develop tailored QA/QC plans.
  • Implement Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and manage project data effectively.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for quality tracking and reporting.
  • Initiate and manage continuous QA/QC improvement initiatives.
  • Track and update deliverable schedules and maintain master logs.
  • Review submittals and provide technical comments to ensure compliance with project and client specifications.
Must have requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in a QA/QC engineering role, preferably within construction or related industries.
  • Strong background in inspection and testing methodologies.
  • Proven experience managing NCRs and conducting site observations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractor performance with respect to QA/QC activities.
  • Direct involvement in project closeout processes and documentation.
  • Expertise in project scope analysis and QA/QC strategy development.
  • Experience in implementing and using EDMS for document and data management.
  • Proficiency in creating Power BI dashboards for reporting and analytics.
  • Demonstrated record of initiating and driving QA/QC process improvements.
  • Ability to track deliverables, maintain master logs, and review submittals efficiently.
Nice to have requirements
  • Professional certification in QA/QC (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CQE).
  • Experience with large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with BIM and digital construction technologies.
  • Experience in training and leading QA/QC teams.
  • Knowledge of local and international quality standards and regulatory requirements.
